Everything was perfect except for the promised wifi in the room.Thank god I had my Ipad with a data plan or I would have no internet access as the wifi did not work.

Rooms clean, location is central. Food served at the restaurent is delicious! Service at front desk is slow ! Housekeeping and laundry servces good and on time ! Overall hotel seems boring !! Would have preferred to Stay in Kovalam instead; unless you must stay in Trivandrum.

We started our Rickshaw rally from this hotel. The participants stayed in this hotel for almost a week and they had a good experience in this hotel.

Rooms spotless with a superbly comfortable bed. Free wifi. Pool.Helpful and well trained staff . Excellent Breakfast and lunch unfortunately we had to have bar snacks for supper as no tables available in Restaurant(most reserved by large groups)-if only they had warned us to pre-book!
