I am writing this review while staying at Keys. I would say this is better than Ginger, Trivandrum. There is a nice spread of good quality food whether be it Breakfast or Dinner. Rooms are very good for the price. Very prompt service. Free Wifi connectivity is available for guests and connectivity is pretty good.

This place is quite a distance off from the domestic airport, so one needs to plan for arrivals and departures accordingly if commuting by flight. A great place, right in the middle of the City, great rooms (a bit small though), nice courtious staff. The facilities are top class. Stayed at this hotel during March 2012, the service and staff are good. The hotel is in the city, so getting around is pretty easy.

Modern hotel, but rooms are shabby, sparten and our stank of someone's aftershave. There is building work going on next door, and the digger started working at 11 and carried on untill we had to get up at 3am- with n sleep. The staff didn't care. There isn't much around the hotel either.

Keys Hotel is one of the best pale in Thiruvanandapuram. The Hotel is providing good travelling access to anywhere in Thiruvanandapuram. A good gymnasium, nice attendees and workers are caring us very well. And I love the Billiards playing place, many nights I enjoyed the thrill of playing billiards.
