We booked online direct on the hotel website and when we got there they had no booking reservation, luckily it was still in our inbox....that was just the beginning. They even asked us to pay for wi-fi to confirm our booking! We ate upstairs in the restaurant that evening and it was disgusting, no wonder we were the only people in there.
We asked for a wake-up call which we didn't receive and as it was an early morning flight the last thing we needed was for the desk to ask us to pay our bill, which had been paid IN FULL by Visa at time of booking. The desk had to phone the manager at 6 a.m. The last straw was when our taxi to the airport (booked by hotel ie their own) was completely blocked in by another vehicle, thereby ensuring we were late for our flight. Avoid this so-called hotel at all costs.
