Recently, I stayed in Windsor Castle, Kottayam. Room was spacious, well furnished and well maintained. Service and staff members are exceptionally good. The food was excellent. The ambiance inside the hotel and garden area around the hotel is awesome.

This hotel was booked for me by my office. I had specifically refused to stay at Pearl Regency after my not so pleasant experience there. Excellent staff. They had both rooms and cottages ready for us to choose from. The food was lovely. The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet was excellent. The pool was clean. They organised an hour boat ride for us which was lovely. Even arranged some nice tender coconuts for us. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the windsor castle during the month of April,2012. The experience was very average, the hotel need renovation. nothing much to write home about. Food was ok though. rooms are nice but needs a bit of maintenance.

No professional maintenance, dirty bathrooms with potholes and patch works and pot holes. dirt in the hallways and front foyer. Bed with bedbugs and bedsheets with spillage marks. Cannot sleep with itching. Not a classical star hotel at all. Good location hence real poor management. Do not expect a clean place here. Nasty detol smell all over front reception area.... More

We were upgraded to the cottage and this made all the difference. The cottages are lovely with a wonderful view of the backwaters. A really relaxing place and very affordable. Amenities could be improved. The dinner buffet had an excellent spread but the breakfast was disappointing and service slow. Definitely worth a visit, if you stay in the cottages.

Scenic property with lots of amenities. Located away from the maddening and crowded city center. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Good restaurant.

Good location, car park facilities are good, pool is quite good, rooms are good neat and well done..staff are courteous... Food is good but beware if there is a wedding bash/party as things can spiral out of control and staff can get harried...boat rode should not be missed
