Hopeless staff on reception. Gave us room above kitchen exhaust. Humming all night. Slept with earplugs. Have to move rooms. Bathroom poor design wet floor everywhere. Food very mediocre. Too far from the fort.

Had an opportunity to stay overnight at the hotel, with my Family. The Hotel location was nice and rooms comfy with good ambience and service. However two things to watch out for, they rate themselves as 3 star, No pool for one, also the bathroom fixtures were not at all upto the mark.

Park Central is a decent hotel in Kochi. 12 Noon is the check out time. Even though it is located on the main road, it is very quite. Rooms are good and food quality is just OK. After a long jouney the hotel was a pleasant surprise, arriving late the staff were very good and showed us to our room promptly. The room was basic but very clean and more than adequete. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant provided excellent meals. Use of internet in reception very good.

This hotel is NOWHERE near the Fort Area, as some sources suggest. It was a one night stay. The room was kept in a good way where we can access all things easily. The food was good. The hospitality of the staff is very professional. This is the main thing one hotel should provide. Very cooperative and they are ready to serve before we ask.
