The overall quality of the International hotel has certainly deteriorated over the years. The food is very good. the quality of the rooms need to improve. the room is not prompt enough. it could take upto half an hour for a cup of tea!

this is the hotel where I usually stay in Kochi. facilities are decent given the star rating of the hotel although there is room for improvement (especially internet connection). I have been visitng this hotel regularly and every time the service has the been the best People who love a great breakfast should try the local cusine. Truly local. The service staff have been very courteous, Its close proximity to the new jewelley stores is an added advantage.

Nothing exceptional. An old hotel that is worth an overnight stay nothing more than a place to crash into. The resturant serves exceptional good food. Specially the Non veg food and deserts need to be sampled. The buffets are value for money.
