This is relatively nice place and in crowded part of city. It is quite far from the Old Cochi and sea shore. If you have a vehicle its not a big problem. Room was nice and clean.

The property gives a very desolated look.It may be termed as a budget hotel but if you are looking for a good ambience , then this is not the best option . Food was pathetic and room service was terrible . House keeping service was still better. Choose only if you do not have other options

the hotel needs refurbishement, rooms and corridoors are looks very tired, service level and staffs were good, quality of food is not as expected. A/C noisy and odor, the parking facilities are not supervised, ground floor restaurent and bar service good.
