This is a Heritage building and there is some natural elements in this building, so there is not much to complaint about. I really love the excellent view of the Fort Kochi.....ships and boats ferrying now and then while you dine at their open deck restaurant. I thought it had a great location. Rooms were nothing special and the bathroom had nowhere to put dry clothes on the wet-all-over floor. The staff were lovely, very friendly, and the chef cooked us a wonderful meal at very short notice. The free internet was a bonus. I would stay there again. More
