I appreciated my stay at paddikal. The location is close to Kochi center, the food at the restaurant is good and Manu is always ready to give you some good tips. Room quality is really good for the price, including AC and breakfast.

We stayed a few days in Kochin in January and we really enjoyed it. The guesthouse is nicely located in the city center and Manu was really helpful. He gave us some ideas of things to do and provided us with the best rickshaw driver in Kochin! The rooms were great value for money. I really recommend this place Benoit

This was the first place my wife and i visited upon arriving in india. We had no money, our cards weren't working, we were tired and dishevelled... The way in which Manu looked after us and made sure all our problems were sorted was incredible. There coild not have been a better introduction to the friendliness of the people of... More

My stay in Padikkal was very nice, I've stayed here for weeks. Sushil and Manu are very friendly staff who always are willing to help out. Manu was an excellent help when a national strike was thwarting my trip to the airport to catch my flight, and with his help i managed to reach the airport in time. The rooms... More

Thanks for Manu, the owner, we had a great stay (just for one night ) in this hostel. The room was big but basic, with a.c. , I don't remember, maybe the water was warm, but I don't remember anything bad. Manu was very helpful and communicative, he suggested us places and programs, he helped us to think over our... More

Me and my friends stayed here for a couple of nights, a pleasant experience and definitly recommend for someone who is looking for an affordable homestay and this place is walking distance to the beach and other touristic attractions. The best part is the staff, very humble and polite and they took good care of us including Sushil, the owner... More

Rooms are basic but neat and clean, with good bathrooms. There's also a really nice balcony area on the second level which overlooks the street. The host, Manu, is fantastic. Very welcoming and super helpful, he's happy to organise transport, tickets, accommodation and anything else you need. All with a genuine, warm smile which can't help but put you in... More

The rooms at this hotel are very simple, but clean, pretty comfortable and good value for money. But the best thing about this hotel is the guy running it. He is super helpful, sorting us out with train tickets, cooking classes and dinner. He makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. There is good food at the restaurant attached (we... More

Stayed for 2 nights during the cricket over 15th Feb. Staff were super helpful with sorting out transport, cooking classes and even driving us to the fish market to buy fish and cook at the hotels restaurant. Located near shops and the beach. Would recommend.

Its very well located in Fort Cochin. Fairly clean and good value. The food is excellent. What's really good about this place is Manoo the owner who is very helpful and always willing to help. He helped us find accommodation in Munnar at a place called Cloudsland which was fantastic!! Would definitely stay here at Padikkal again as its such... More
