Good location next to the sea and restaurants, chinese fishing nets are just nearby. Helpful personnel, we've also booked a taxi from a hotel for a good price, rich breakfast on rooftop; decent clean rooms, wifi in the rooms, very nice common room on the floor.

I stayed here altogether for 3 weeks. I felt safe and secure here. The location is great and the adjoining internet cafe is a bonus.
