““Very good budget hotel near Kochi Vyttila”

"The Sparks"an apartment hotel from very near to Kochi Vyttila mobility Hub. I stayed for a day on business trip. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Experience :

The hotel (actually a condominium) was a real surprise as compared to money they are charging. Neat Clean Nice & Airy rooms is the good thing.

The only thing that was awkward, is they DO NOT HAVE mentioned their name as HOTEL SPARK anywhere on the building. Rather they have put name as "SHWAS" and at first glance u 'll mistake it for a building name only. It took us an hour to find, and people around it also do not know about existence of the hotel.

LANDMARKS : Its in near vicinity of Hotel Mermaid & Hotel Cochin heritage.

FOOD : Because , it is not an hotel but a condo. they do not offer food directly. Order needs to be placed almost an hour before you want the food to be served. There is no concealing of this fact. Staff genuinely told us that they will have to order food for us in their regular hotel from where they get food.

STAFF : cooperative .
