It is a tiny little bit out of 'the centre'; mainstreet of Fort Cochin, like 10 min. walk but then you'll get a very nice welcome in all aspects. Clean rooms, hot shower, best bed ever, friendly people, rooftop terrace, breakfast and so on. I only can say; go for it!
