Diana and Jerry's wonderful hospitality made our week in Cochin so special. We had never done a homestay before but we will certainly be trying one again based on our wonderful experience at Noah's Ark. The accommodations were spacious and spotless and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to many sights of... More

Some time has passed since we had the fortune of staying with Jerry and Diana but the few days we spent here still hold fond memories for both of us. Both Jerry and Diana went above and beyond in making us feel at home and helping out in any way they could. When we arrived in Kochi we were just... More

Upon arrival a drink and plenty of advice. The advice was not biased by commissions paid as is the case in so many places in India. The list of restaurants was extensive even to the point of letting us know which one served `special tea` (seasoned travellers will understand!) and another where we could buy fresh fish from the beach... This was our first homestay after our few days in mumbai. it was a real little oasis. Diane and Jerry welcomed us with cooling drinks. They were fabulous hosts and their breakfasts were brilliant. Both of them gave us advise on where to go and what to see. The rooms were great and nothing seemed too much trouble.

The 3 of us arrived in the heat of the afternoon after a 30 hour train journey from Surat,Gujarat. Diana and her husband greeted us with cold drinks, the fans cooled us down and a comfortable chat on the sofas. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Diana arranged for our laundry to be done and pressed at a local... More

We arrived tired from a flight from Delhi but were greeted by a welcome drinks and a warm host. She helped us arrange everything taxis, a trip to the elephant training camp (leaving at 6:30 so an early breakfast was even arranged) a map and recommendations for eating and drinking and sight-seeing. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the breakfast... More

My wife and I stayed at Noah's Ark in Kochin back in November 2011 and while I am a bit late in writing this review, the timing should serve as a testimony to the impact the place had on us. What makes the place more than worthy of the memories is the owners - they made it honestly feel like... More

We stayed at this welcoming homestay after the hectic start of our trip to India (in Mumbai, where our hotel was pretty dreadful). This was an oasis of calm, Diana and Jerry were very helpful and informative, and gave us lots of information about where to go and what to do in Cochin. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean,... We enjoyed our recent stay in early March with our adult children. Rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the balcony off the main room where we all gathered. Breakfasts were wonderful and always suited to our needs (timing and dietary restrictions). This is such a great location, that we did a lot of walking to the chinese fishing... More
