Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was good size, very clean, AC worked well. The hosts were superb, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Maryann and Phillip very very helpful! Felt I had to give it a 4 on the rooms, just to make my review credible. Only good things to say about this lovely homestay located in a charming area, nice balcony looking over the navy soldiers, atmosphere relaxed, homemade breakfast.

I enjoyed the time in Reds Residency... It gave me very homey feeling... The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The decoration is nice... The owner is very friendly. She introduced Kerala - food, places... The breakfast is very good. BTW, there is free wifi.

Nice and clean rooms, most friendly and helpfull hosts and a great place to meet other people: I can recommend "Reds" to anybody who is in for a cosy stay in Kochi. Wi-Fi that actually works - quite rare in India.
