Clean&tidy rooms is a real phenomen there, rarely met in guest houses, but the place is far more than that. It's a lovely oasis of peace and quiet with anourmous load of love and good energy. And it's all only because of the Landlords, who are the angels on the common Earth. Do not hestitate to stay there, I bet... More

San Mike Tours made our stay in Fort Cochin very memorable. Martin and Victor make you feel right at home. We booked our overnight boat in Allepy and heard by so many people that their boat wasnt good. I cant safely say, if you book through victor like we did you will get a boat that is the most beautiful... More

I stayed at this place while volunteering for missionaries. Very clean and friendly place. You can get any breakfast you want. You just have to ask Martin and his wife and they'll help you with anything, including good places to shop! It's just like having a brother and sister back home. Victor is a very good tour organizer. And overall... More

My friend and I were volunteering nearby and this place was recommended by the nuns. It's cheap, clean, and the owners were beyond friendly. We opted to pay extra for breakfast and it was well worth every rupee! Smeeta is a fabulous cook. Victor was very helpful in helping me with planning the sightseeing portion of my trip as well.... I stayed here over two weeks with some friends. All of us really felt like at home. Cosy bedrooms, familiar living room and excellent understanding with Victor and his family. Besides, the area is a very quiet one, and you have a Kathakali center really close where you can attend very interesting performances of different disciplnes in classic dances and... More

I was traveling alone and felt this was the friendliest and most welcoming places I stayed. Victor and Martin welcome you into their home, so you feel part of the family and are really helpful with sorting anything out for you. The room was cosy, clean and great value; not to mention a central location for Fort Kochi. If I... More

Really, all I can do is endorse the other reviews on here. Clean, Friendly, convenient. Martin and family are fantastic hosts and couldn't be more attentive and kind. Martin and his brother Victor are a mine of information on things to do around the area and further afield in Kerala. If you like homestays, Stay here.

Really nothing is too much trouble when you stay here. Just ask and they will help arrange whatever you require - even down to buying a new pair of glasses for my wife (about half price to home!). A few minutes walk to old Kochi, and with scooters to rent from the homestay itself. Gorgeous family, and lovely meal was... More
