Location about 75 KM from kottayam town, off NH-220, between kuttikanam and peermade junctions at an altitude of 1100 meters from sea level.
Peermade, a small hill station, full of scenic beauty and tea plantations, was the summer hideout of travancore kings.
As i was stayed in off season, the hotel occupancy very low, and the restaurant almost non-functional. You should inform the caretakers early about your meals. Poori-masala was the only option available for my breakfast.
All the rooms are three bedded and with out A/C. Air conditioning not required in peermade climate.
Parunthumpara suicide point, Panchalimade view point, kuttikanam water falls, peermade temple are nearby attractions.
