I had called the hotel for booking a double bedded room for me and my sister. I accompanied my sister for her admission at the Manipal University. the receptionist claims that she is the owner of the hotel and refuses to book rooms in advance. called up on 13.05.2010 to book rooms for our stay on 5-7th of June 2010. not only refuses to book rooms but also subjects the enquiring customer to slang words.

This was the worst experience with any hotel in India. They are not at all clear in what they are offering to you and will try to fool and beat around the bush. Service is pathetic and rooms are horrible. There was a crazy fellow at reception who would not listen to your query. Never try telephonic booking with this... More
