Economy hotel in a better location. The hotel has an attached hotel management school, but even then the behavior of managerial staff is poor. Reception and service staff is good. Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool is excellent.

Everything about this hotel is good. Good location - very near to the Rly. Stn. The rooms are decent, clean and well kept. The room service was also good. The staff at the reception was very courteous and always ready to help. The restaurant is good. The complementary breakfast is a decent spread. Enjoyed the stay !!!

Pathetic is an understatement. We based on the ratings given on trip sites booked a non-a/c, but the rooms are in a different block than presented on your site and is just like a dormitory. On entering the bathroom to take bath i have seen a used soap packed like new soap.I can see the dried bubbles due to previous use by someone. I ended up bathing without a soap. Helpful Staff in this nicely placed hotel. Swimming pool is good but lacking sun loungers and shade. Restaurant service good, Expect power cuts. Nice spacious lounge area. Church next door is a bonus.

Had booked this hotel based on a relative opinion. The rooms given were relatively good but the room service was average. Sometimes we had to get the snacks and tea by ourselves to the room as it looked like the staff was busy catering to wedding crowds. As like the name suggest moti the pearl loved the stay n service .. hope i culd have stayed more days .....the manglorian curry aroma was filled uo in the air when they used to serve the dish... the food was xpensive but i loved the stay... special services were also offered like spa and many more on extra cost...
