You may have to carry a kettle or water heater coil if you wish to take a hot water bath. Even after several request, they failed to supply hot water in the morning. About evening, they don't supply either.

Nice hotel. Very good food. Close proximity to Infosys, Bus Stop etc. Mangalore is nice place for tourism and Kavitha Residency is good place to stay within City.
