I booked this hotel through cleartrip, just one night before my checkin dates. I have booked for two people but because of some cleartrip problem... in my voucher I got booking of 1 person only. After reaching hotel at 10pm with my wife... dat receptionist was soooo rude ... initially he was not ready to upgrade our room even after taking money for extra person.... he told u have to cancel all booking... otherwise search some other hotel... the way he was speaking was very rude. Finally after speaking with manager ... he took 1000 rupees nd upgraded... when we asked for receipt... he denied.. I would never suggest this hotel... even though hotel was OK..

Worst service, extremely expensive food and beverages, food for 1 person will atleast costs ₹500, 10% service charges extra for poor service, mainly the reception guys are the worst. Not even 1% courtesy. Not even loyal to the hotel or the owner. Charges huge amount per night and for a packed breakfast at 06:30 am they directly denied even after paying for a C.P plan room which included breakfast. Even after I said to prepare at 10:30pm in night And give it to me the were charging it. So overall experience was worst. I would never come to this hotel again and not even recommend it to anyone, if you know someone going to book in this hotel kindly tell them to cancel the booking and change the hotel.

Though I am quite clear about my experience at this hotel, you must know what works here 1) Bangalore is claiming metro status but its standards are low- hence this reflects in what the city offers as top quality. The rooms in this hotel appear clean at first glance and are at best manageable if you are willing to compromise 2) Some of the staff I met were polite and helpful. 3) Food ordered a la carte if different from what they put out in the buffet is somewhat acceptable. 4) Spotty internet connection. Thats about it. Things that I experienced which left me shuddering to get out of here asap were 1) Rooms are not really clean as you spend time in it, you notice food particles are swept into the corners of the beds and stained bed sheets. 2) The hotel lacks space in the lobby and has zero public spaces to meet and socialize 3) The breakfast spread is so horrible,- stale to rock hard rice cakes (idlis) served with an ok pesto but really bad curry (sambar) that is unacceptable for a city in Southern India. Stale uncooked, chewy yet tasteless pasta, left over chinese fried rice from lunch!, Chewy flat bread (parathas), sugary lime water as juice (quick road to diabetes), only papayas for fruit, only appams (kind of lentil pancake) for vegetarians / eggs for non vegetarians, tea is disgusting (as per my colleagues) some horribly cooked Indian vegetable gravy with floating bits of okra / vegetables/peas. Cold cut meats seemed to satisfy non vegetarians but I cannot comment on that. - I walked out and found a tiffin center where locals eat breakfast on the go, it was much better than this 'complimentary' breakfast! Do yourself a favor and just AVOID this hotel, I am sure there are better options. Else spend less and stay in a less quality hotel instead of spending your money on such nonsense!

I was at this hotel last week and had a very bad experience when it came to food and room service. The room service staff was least bothered about providing proper service and comfort to the guests. Even for something as small as tea bags and coffee sachets, we had to call multiple times, still we did not get them. Not even the water was provided adequately. After calling Umesh ( a senior guy ), he suggested we keep a 20 ltr Jar in the room and keep pouring out water with a jug - worse option than staying in dharamshalas!!! Towels were not replenished daily despite reminders because they were not available in the hotel. They don't have a car rental service//no sugar free sachets either. Buffet during breakfast was the same on all the 3 days that I stayed here and the manager confirmed that they don't change their breakfast menu and is same everyday!!! Would never go back to this hotel...

The only plus point of this place is its proximity to Shantinagar Bus Stand and clean rooms, rest everything is a piece of garbage. AC was ineffective and despite repeated reminders the staff was not bothered to fix it. Housekeeping staff had to be frequently reminded to stock towels, water bottles, tea bags etc. Please even do not attempt to enter this hotel if you have an ID proof that is from Bangalore, since you will be shooed away. Thankfully I had recently got my ID proof done from the place where I reside now, else I had no option but to shift my base to the footpath at 2:30am (indicates how courteous the staff were). I am trying to dig more information if such discriminatory rules can be applied by the hotel management... Food was average, but nothing that I could complain of. Wifi was not working on Day 1, but was fixed from the 2nd day. Overall, was not a pleasant experience.

Stayed here couple of times, more so of the convenience of staying closer to Shanthi Nagar. Good property, but the maintenance can be improved. Bathrooms were clean and bed lenin has been hygienic. Located in the heart of Bengaluru.

has booked this hotel through OYO rooms. Rooms are fine, but the rooms were smelly and it stinks. on careful look I found the maintenance was an issue, and since promoted through OYO rooms you cannot expect much. But then hotel had limited parking facility. They had menu card which said food is available from their restaurant last till 10.30pm. where as at that same time probably 10.20 pm when I thought of giving order as I had checked in at that time only, there was no one to attend or give some food form the hotel. no suggestions either. I had to sleep empty stomach for that night. Breakfast was okey in the morning just the bhatura was hard and stiff in the buffet, and the in cut fruits the Pineapple was not cleaned properly.

First night stayed in a deluxe double room where the air conditioning did not work. Second night they shifted us to the opposite room and there was a power cut for ages. Finally ordered dinner which was uncooked meat . crap place. No staff on call to take complaints. Language barrier . better to go eat next-door at Swathi. Half the price and great food and drinks.
