It was excellent staying at Ballal Residency. The service was exemplary. The food at the restaurant is of home taste and great. The people were very humble. Over all I rate this as 5 out of 5. A place where we can feel at home.

Don't know about the rooms. Haven't stayed here, but common areas like lobby, toilets etc are kept clean. Rude staff, ruder owner... cigarette smelling rooms, leaking a/c, food is not at all good It's the only veg place in the area and it's cheap...Lot of parking space ... I will never go there again... Try IRIS or Grand McGrath if you can't afford Gateway

Not a value for money, very old rooms, bathrooms are bad! the only thing going in favour is the location...old HVAC system...so sometimes the A/c's don't function....i would not recommend to go to this hotel if you have other choices in the same price range! only vegetarian food served.
