Hi this is an ok hotel. When we made advance booking they gave the name as heritage hotel in the bill and when we reached bangalore and came to know that the name was sovereign hotel. It took 1hr to catch the address from railway station because of name mismatch. Coming to service, they put double rates on each ordered... More

I expected a better stay here compared to my stay there three years ago. But things have deteriorated as I could see and experience. Of the least were cocroaches in the room right in the midnight!! Room was not at all cleaned even when asked !! The A/c was not cooling the room but gave enough noise! This centrally located... More

“Great Hotel , Sensible food & A cool little bar.”

Located in the most busiest place in Bangalore ( Near Majestic ), once you get inside you would feel the warmth and quietness.Rooms are sensibly good and enough spacious. Room Service though a little slow but genuine.Food is bit expensive for d kind of ambience though taste is enough great. Completely recommended for a company sponsored saty.
