the staff were very helpful and polite, but that is the only good thing about the hotel. It was very dated, needed painting, it was very filthy, but tidy. the toilet didn't flush and it smelt bad, the shower didn't work properly and the bed sheets and towels looked very old, they had seen better days! and we were there...

The rooms are quite good. The location is preferable to people who have to stay around Bannerghatta Road. Specially helpful for students of IIM Bangalore whose parents come to visit.
