Chalet Citadel is clean & comfortable. The staff were nice, there are quite a few restaurants close by & the rooms are comfortable. rooms are showing signs of ageing. staff is pleasant and quite prompt in their service. Wi fi connectivity is excellent. maintenance of air con is bad. a very average stay, below expectations.

This is my first stay at a service apartment in Bangalore and I just loved it. It was a home away from home.

The location is excellent, surrounded by a mall, multiple restaurants, connected to all the places, and a Shiva temple in the vicinity as well. Loved the atmosphere around, n size and quality of the room. Due to unavailability of a full fledged kitchen, food facility inside the hotel needs to be improved.

Everything else was excellent except the transport provided which was really frustrating. We didnt get it on time.. But other than that everything else was perfect.
