We arrive to Golden Gates Hotel in Bangalore because its web page have nice photos and the tex promise a good restaurant and internet cafe inside hotel, but the sad reality finally was other. Wen we arrive we pay in advance 7 days with credit car, the first day was good, even with the hundred of cockroaches in the bathroom; problems began wen our many in the room was stolen, the manager of the hotel denies the posibilty of any solution and he blame us because we don`t take care about our things!!!! We must stay in the hotel for 4 days because the manager denies the posibility of any response for the money lost and denies the posibility of erase the credit card transaction, they staff no clean our room, no give us toilett paper and don`t wake up in the morning wen we ask for it. Finally we run out from this 'Golden Gates' and must pay 5 days and recibe bad attention and zero response from the hotel`s adminsitration about our lost money
