-City centre location in the main tourist district of Leh town.-Terrace top garden for 360 degree view of the Leh valley.-Hot water round the clock & free WIFI.
Was given a king bed for a booking of 3 people, room didn’t have a second single bed for third person. Room was dirty and bedding reeked of smoke. Staff was not showing any ownership or proactive as for arranging extra bed, lack of toilet paper, unkept room. Hotel is in close proximity to main bazar is the only plus.

The bed was warm and cosy but the staff was very very rude and not helpful at all. That was the worst thing about the property. Otherwise the location of the property is great but the staff was so bad and so difficult to communicate with that I would not prefer to stay there.

Excellent location. Great rooftop terrace to relax in. Wonderful views of Stupa and Leh Palace. Property needs to be modernised and smartened to keep up with the times. Bit dated. Service needs to improve. Stick to fresh things only at Breakfast so as not to get sick.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating of all needs including advise on managing the higher altitude. The location is walking distance to the market where you can purchase items from local merchants and also access a range of restaurants.

Hotel Lingzi is a beautiful property, centrally located and all areas in the hotel are very clean. Also, the hotel management and all staff are very friendly, kind and honest. It is definitely one of the best places for stay at Leh.

Extremely well-behaved staff members. Warm and pleasant place to stay. Food was excellent. One suggestion: Please keep an electric kettle in the rooms, as water gets cold always. Also, the bathroom taps needs to be fixed, water drops continuously.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is a perfect combination of comfort, good food, budget, great views and convenience Its just 10 minutes away from the airport and right next to the main market. The staff is really efficient and polite. The hotel manager, Rupesh, was very helpful, and service at this hotel is impeccable. The Terrace is the main attraction from my point of view as it serves a 360° view of the gorgeous mountains. I planned my vacation in a manner where I could get good amount of rest balanced with a day or two of excursions. And the terrace was the perfect place to relax. The food at the hotel was good I had my breakfast and a major meal included . I was also touched by the efforts of the owners to check up on me occasionally, this personalised effort meant a lot. There isn’t an electric kettle in the rooms, but they do provide you with a kettle full of hot water and refill it whenever required. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place. If you want good service, good food and amazing views at a great price. Thank you very much for making my stay memorable.…

Hotel located in main Market at Leh. Manager Mr Rohit was very co-operative. We Supposed to reach on 25.09.2022 but due to bad weather all flights cancelled, we could not able to reach on 25.09.2022. On my request they have not charged any thing due to no show. Initially I have booked for 25th & 26th. Night, but they have altered it for 26th. & 27th. Which I acknowledged the same & booked the same Hotel on Return to Leh from Pangong. I have booked a Double Bed Room with King Size Bed. But they don't have King Size Bed. They are converting Twin Bed in Double Bed joining them. Which was very uncomfortable for me. In Ladakhi there is a word KHARDOO. Which means gap between 2 Hills which were covered by snow, apparently you will not be able recognize the gap under snow. Lots of our Indian soldiers have lost their life falling in these type of gap in Siachen. But in Lingzi Hotel's Double Bed I have sacrificed my sleep. During sleep if you tilt in the joint portion you will go inside. Breakfast - very limited variety but not bad. You will not get electric kettle in this Hotel in your Room. For Hot water you have to call reception & they will send Hot water in thermoflask. Place like Leh-Ladhak every hotel should provide electric kettle in each room. Hot water is the only therapy to regain the Oxygen Concentration in your body. Since Hotel is main market area therefore you will get several food option around the Hotel.…
