I stayed in this hotel for almost a week and i consider it a great experience. There are factors why i loved it there. My room, aside from it being spacious, was overlooking the dal lake which had given me a relaxing feeling everytime I stand there and watched everything. Awesome location, bang opposite to the scenic Dal Lake. The hotel is at farther end of of the lake. One should insist on the rooms facing the lake. It is a filthy hotel with dirty linen, curtains that have probably never seen water since the day they were stitched, torn towels and bathrooms that stink and not cleaned. Even the restaurant stinks like a public urinal. Service is pathetic, either noone answers the phone at reception/room service or they goof up the order. Would not recommend this place... More
