i had my resvation for grand habib for 10th to12 th may 2011 ,it was done by our tour dealer and after readingthe negative review ,i was forceing my dealer to cancel the resevation gor the grand habib ,believe its one of the best hotel i stayed with good serive so my saying is reviews are not always true ,,

I was there in this hotel for 1 day, Hotel is in city, Hotel have small rooms,no lift, poor Heating system in winter,because Srinagar hit 0 degree in winters,.....But best thing is service is good with 1 phone call reception, best thing they serve food in room where other hotels don't.......good hotel but only for 1 or 2 days........

The hotel is situated on very small road. The approch road & location is not good. Its not a star hotel what they are claiming on website. Poor clienliness.
