Hotel is very good and we got it at very cheap rate from cleartrip. Hotel is really good and it gives free drop service to vaishodevi temple gate but it doesn't have heaters in the room. Be careful if you are going to this hotel in winter.

In the month of Jan the hot water did not come for 2 morning and there was no help. They don't offer quilt (@ 2 degrees temp) unless you fight for it. For online booking trvelers, they treat worse as they get paid less for it. Arrogant and unsupportive staff.

Nice place to stay with your family and friends and economical. Clean rooms and with good room service. Near to the yatra entrance and have drop and pick up service free till yatra entrance. Good environment and nice and safe place to stay for few days.

Nice hotel with nice clean rooms. batrooms are nice and clean too. lift never works. service is good. staff is polite and knowlegable too. however they start following up exactly at 12 noon for check out even if they dont hve any further bookings. hotek is also little away from bus stand but it is managable with little walk. overall... Hotel location is very good. It is close to bus and taxi stand. It is also near the major market. Food is good. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are bit overly priced. It also close to helipad. Overall it is good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family.
