Poor service. We had no option to stay there because the town was packed with pilgrims. "Courtesy drop and pick-up" to banganga check post took avearage of 90 minutes to organise despite being requested well in advance. Last Autumn in the month of october 2010 stayed in this hotel, smooth check-in, and courteous staff, great service and food. Helped in pick and drop going to foot-steps of Ban-Ganga (starting point of foot journey for Maa Vaisno Devi). Very satisfied with their arrangement for every need of the guests.
