We stayed during June 2011 and the hotel is 3-4km before Manali Mall Rd. The hotel is spacious and has added beauty of being on rover side. quality of food is good though lil high priced. Opt for low floor rooms. Kids get to play in green lawns. They also have live entertainment prgm in evening

After my may mails to Aveda senior management still I have not received single reply - 1. ' One sitting of Steam or Sauna or Jacuzzi ' mentioned on my voucher. Not a comfortable stay. Bathroom lock got jammed with my child inside and it took 1 hour for the hotel people to break open the door. It was a very painful incident.
