“the worst...........................hotel”

Will suggest everybody not to go for this hotel. The website is very nice and impressive but the hotel is pathetic. No showers in the washroom. You will have to ask for each and every small thing. Hotel staff will not provide you anything unless you demand whether it is a towel, glasses. They misguide you by saying the roads... More

I visited The Royal Grand, Manali last weekend via TRAVELCHACHA - after paying a good amount (28,000 INR for 3 nights and a cab) what I got is - 1. poor service 2. unclean rooms 3. "local" attitude These people were sick and TRAVELCHACHA was two steps ahead of them.
