“Far too expensive, too far away from the centre and not worth the money”

Photos on their website look fine, but the reality is quite different: too far from Manali (need a taxi), room not at all worth the price they are asking. Service sometimes very problematic – e.g. waiting 1 hour for breakfast. The hotel and the environment quite dirty. English hardly spoken, or not at all spoken in case of problems.
