Completely crappy service. When i asked for a spare dinner plates for my packed food they refused to give. Even the staff is so impolite. I asked for a extra tez cup for the room since we wer triple occupancy, they again refused. I would neve rcommend this hotel.

Showed us the premium room in photo. Took advantage of the fact that we were tired. The room is nothing what's in the picture. Smells of toilet. With a gutter view. Not to say of a hell of a disturbance being caused by another hotel outside our room. Good waiters, but very bad room. Cheated us on our face.
