this is not a big hotel, dont expect any kind of hotel environment rather it can be said as a guest house, it has the major advantage of location center of happening place in gurgaon, but no good service, breakfast is too bad, room service is too slow

Hotel is clean, but service is poor. Shoping mall is very near. But no good resturent around the hotel

This is what I learned in India, anything with the name palace or mansion should probably be avoided. If this is a palace i'm not really sure who it is fit for.
