We paid a premium to get a 4 start hotel and my booking was for 4 people, 3 adults and one child. The rooms have 2 single beds and they were happy to put in a extra bed. Their mentality was that the child has not paid and can sleep anywhere. Ridiculous as the booking stated 3+1. Never again. More
