“Will not return”

Stayed 6 nights on business. I would have given it a three star, and will return, if not for poor service. No smile at front desk, be it checking in or out. In the night, no one at front desk. Have stayed in similar local hotels in Chennai and returned again and again, for the great service.

“Highly satisfied with lunch buffet in Zodiac”

I along with my friends had lunch in Zodiac. We had kids along with us and we were quiet impressed with the staff and the way they helped/served us food. Lunch was delicious and desert were amazing. We would love to visit Zodiac whenever we are in that area.
