We got the honeymoon suite but it was so tiny and dirty we made staff come change the stained sheets cause they were filthy as was everything, we were too tired after our 14 hour flight to wait another 2 hours to change rooms. The pics online of the rooms most likely were not taken at this hotel.

We had hotel staff come to the door at 11:00 pm at night two different nights, banging loudly on the door once to give water and another time to hand us the final internet ans phone charges. I talked to my indian in-laws and they said that is definitely not normal and could be very dangerous for a foreigner. If you ever needed staff they were never available and took forever! The breakfast was tasty and great service.

I am pretty sure that americans would be very annoyed at this place, especially for the price range. In our experience the hotel pictures online were horrendously deceiving, our room was so tiny and dingy.

The hotel is in the heart of Gurgaon city and best for business travel rooms are spacious n have all ammenities....I would love to come again....The food is extremely delicious....Hotel is well connected with local transportation system...I would recommend to all business travellers
