One of the remarkable parts of my first business trip to Ahmadabad was the stay in Hotel Sarovar Portico, Wonderful Location, Good Rooms and Excellent Food & Beverage Service. Though the front office is little slow and the house keeping had some limitations but it was an excellent value for money !!!! more

Very decent business hotel at affordable prices. Well located with an excellent multi-cusine restaurant. Efficient service and well mannered staff. Even though I can stay at more expensive hotels, I specifically choose to stay at the Sarovar Portico because I find it great value for money and I find the service is better than more expensive hotels. more

On arrival, we were given warm welcome by staff. During stay also we found most comfortable and enjoyed. more

Positives : Good Location, Extremely courteous Staff, Airport Pick-up & drop, Reasonably good Breakfast spread. Negatives : Lift is very slow, erratic and rather scary. Standard Rooms are extremely cramped - you get up from the bed and almost land up in the Toilet ! After the last increase in tariff, not very good value for money. more
