The hotel rooms are located above a restaurant called Chefs. Although the restaurant is quite good, unfortunately the rooms above it are below the acceptable standards. The rooms on the 3rd floor (which is the ground floor of the hotel) are next to the reception. You will hear in your room every conversation-argument that takes place in the reception area. The rooms on the 4th floor are a bit better for that reason. However, the whole building is like a glass-greenhouse, the windows are from floor to ceiling and not very thick. So the rooms are not well insulated from the noise coming from the street as well as the sun. Moreover the partition wall between some of the rooms are incomplete (i.e. do not extend all the way to the glass window) so you may hear everything from the next door room. The bathrooms are tiny. I could not put my hand under the tap because of its awkward position.
