Considering hotel from Neelkanth chain of hotels I booked 3 AC double bed room in advance but at the time of check-in was surprised to know that three rooms were on different floor. After much discussion at reception we got two rooms on one floor and one on another.
The rooms were extremely in bad shape. The AC were not working and washrooms were also dirty. On moving to rooms from reception, hotel staff was busy in shifting TV from other rooms as if they have limited TV in the hotel. The staff from reception to room service were extremely confused about what they are doing. It took almost 1.5 hrs in settling down.
The hotel is not recommened in present condition and it seriously requires lot of renovation.
