“A joke”

This place might have been smartly renovated in 1992, but has not seen a lick of pride or cleanliness since then. It's gloomy, grotty and poorly maintained. Rs 3,200 for dirty surfaces, sheets with holes and no aircon? What a joke.

This hotel is located in the prime area of the City in Usmanpura off the main road. The hotel lived up to its 3 star rating, with regard to the tariff as well the the service and maintenance. This is strictly for high maintenance tourists who do not mind paying that extra for the service rendered.
The food was catered from their branch cafeteria which is expensive when served inside. It is better to sit out and dine to save on the extra luxury tax.
Room service was prompt, as expected from a star hotel, they had laundry and internet services too, with additional charges.
The room we took was well maintained, clean and cozy, not spacious. The toilet was well kept too.
Overall, good stay but I would avoid due to the cost. More
