The Hotel was fair compared to the tariff charged from us for Delux Rooms. However, the service is very bad. We stayed there for 2 days and both these days we asked for drinking water. It took almost 1.5 hour to bring drinking water and that too after so many reminders, we were informed that drinking water is not available please take mineral water. The food is good at the restaurant. However, there is a tendency to charge extra items from the guests. You will find Items which have not been ordered or ordered less in quantity mentioned in the food bill. If you eat at the restaurant, please check your bill properly. This happened to us for 2 consecutive days and in all our four meals. Day one, we pointed out mistake of approx. Rs. 450/- and on day two mistake of Rs. 700/-.
