Variety of south indian food from veg to nonveg served in different restaurant. Specially xpress lunch in veg joint was cheap n sumptuous nd very palatable. So is the professional approach of the staffs. So very well maintained hotel with xcellnt room service ,concierge, dinning , pool service. Being at the heart of City its a great property.

Good Breakfast buffet style. Room services/cleanliness is excellent. Lobby is spacious and they drop/pickup from airport efficiently. Overall a good experience. The stay is good. Initial impression about customer care was not good. Had raised a few complaints on the first day of our stay. However, from the second day, we got royal treatment. Restaurants and coffee shops need to have more variety. However, breakfast was good. Foamed filter coffee is excellent. It is a must try for filter coffee lovers

Go to the Restaurants in this Hotel with no expectations. The food would be late & cold - without any accompaniments which would come along in another few minutes by which time you are too upset to eat cold food... Poor customer service - oops - they dont know what "customer service" is actually so.....
