“Great Stay”

I stayed here for a week in April and the hotel was great. The property was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, but not overbearing. The pan-Asian restaurant was my favorite, and I enjoyed the beers/atmosphere in the Waves lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Vizag.

“Fantastic hotel”

It sure is the best in class. Very quite place near and around in the evening. Picturesque view from pool in the evening. Nice and warm staff. “Amazing place to stay if you are in vizag AKA Visakhapatnam”

A great place to stay and beat the heat of Visakhapatnam..amazing rooms and the hotel staff are very courteous and extremly polite..worth every penny spent..what truly enhanced my experienced was..i ordered food at 2 in the night and got the order with in 15 min..thank you Four Points by Sheraton for the home away from home experience.

“Great rooms, great food with average service!!”

Four points is a good option in the beautiful city of Vizag. It has most modern rooms and very good food. The location is right in the heart of city. However, the hotel seriously has to improve on service standards.

“Looks older than it is”

A clean place in India - which is good but price performance do not match - neither with equipment nor with service. Furniture looks quite worn and staff is not organized - maybe a new director would do some good here. The only restaurant (there is another one to open soon) serves mostly Indian cuisine and some Chinese food stuff.

This is a really good five star hotel. Since my taxi driver was an outsider ( we drove from Kakinada to Vizag, old British name of Vishakaptnam ) it took us 45 minutes to locate the Hotel as it is not in the main road.
