We got booking through Travelguru . Excellent comfortable stay. They r true to thier name. All staff courteous ,smiling. They really provide 24 hour room service. Very good breakfast , meals little spicy. Travelguru site mentioned tea/coffee maker in room , they dont have this facility but on telling about this to manager Mr AMJAD he immediately provided us .

Check in: Reservation was in order. They asked for the Passport of my British colleague. They said that they would make a copy of it and return it in 5 minutes. Never saw it through the night. It was returned in the morning, only upon our reminding them. Very unprofessional for hotels to treat Passports of guests with such casualness.... More
