Location is convenient,Service is good,Rooms are clean,Tariff includes breakfast but they serve only in room,room service is very slow,travel desk is helpful but amenities like safe,tea-coffee maker are not there

The hotel is ok, nothing great. Services delivery time needs improvement. While booking, I was intimated that the tariff includes breakfast but it was not given. I had booked premium room which listed a lot of amenities but things like minibar, safe, internet access and refrigerator were not there. Why show them at the time of booking ?

I have stayed at Rs1500-Rs2000 hotels always while on visit to hyderabad.I took this hotel by the advice of the cab driver.
