Buffet breakfast quality + service - both extremely poor. Bathroom had aluminium framed separators but water leaked from underneath making half the bathroom wet after bath !! Terrible indeed . Table lamp had no plug !! Extremely poor value for money . MUST avoid ( atleast room # 314 )

When you are on a business trip in Hyderabad, Swagath De Royal is one of the best place to stay. Rooms are elegant, clean and the service is good. Not very posh but one can enjoy extreme comfort. Food in the restaurant is good.
