When It COmes to a review of the property, it is based on Product and Service Quality. Product wise the property will easily score 90%+. You Can Sense a proper planning by Mngt...But When it COmes to service, the word "Pathetic" isnt even enuff. Most of their employees dont understand english and hindi. Mngt should consider that their employees should... More

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are good however they lack proper infrastructure. The worst thing is there is no in house restaurant. Therefore they bring food from outside, which by the time served becomes cold and is of poor quality.
