It was one of the initial online hotel bookings by me, so without any surprise, choice was not that great! Location was about 15 minutes walk from, if I remember Nampally station. It is very basic hotel with no restaurant but there was a decent restaurant just 50 meters away, which manager had suggested. Wherever I have gone to a hotel after booking from Makemytrip ( I see the review from Tripadvisor), receptionist never had any problem but manager here looked a bit confused and after re-checking their register, they understood that my booking was already done so they are a bit un-professional. I had booked a air-cooled double room: room was average in size, small window opening into interior of hotel, LCD-TV, dressing table with mirror, OK bathroom.
